Smoke & Pepper have made huge strides in developing franchisees within the brand.

BMF joined forces in September 2023. At the time, only the Leyton store was open and doing great sales. BMF spent some months with S&P directors creating the essential infrastructure needed to build and sustain any brand, comprising collateral concerned with the creation of financial formats and models, legal bundle, territory mapping, company structure; marketing was created and overhauled assisted by Lawrence Davis. This included website, LinkedIn profile, new branding, brochures and LL packs, Operations Manual, creation of new recruitment portals, etc.
The brand will be at 10 stores by end 2025, and, potentially, 25 stores by end 2026. At this point, international franchising will be underway, and we anticipate steady, but sure, growth overseas.
New product innovation is happening regularly, as is new store design evolution.
